yea, surprisingly there wasn't that many people out there. but then again we live in a country where people use umbrellas when it's sunny outside. i'm assuming the lack of people is due to fear of the sun. this was taken in baishawan. just about an hour outside of taipei. that's where they had the canada d'eh party this year.
